
It's nice to meet you! I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (via Yoga Alliance) certified in somatic healing practices and a reiki practitioner, with a lifelong passion for exploring the mind–body connection.
Inspired early on by a variety of mindfulness teachers such as Shakti Gawain, Paramahansa Yogananda, Jack Kornfield, Thich Nhat Hahn, and Ram Dass, my journey has woven together years of meditation, study, and wellness practices.
I hold a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies from Rollins College, where my thesis focused on the science behind Buddhist philosophy and the mind–body connection. Since 2017, I have been guiding others through yoga practices that blend mindfulness, movement, energy, and stillness to foster grounding and wholeness.
I also enjoy trail running, hugging trees, creating bad art, hoop dancing, bird photography (with thousands of bird photos to prove it), and reading too many books!
These classes are held live via Zoom.
This class is offered every Sunday morning at 9 am EST. If you're new to yoga or looking for a guided practice at home, this is for you!
Suggested offering: $20 per month or $12 drop-in.
This is a traditional yoga class supported by a chair. It's a gentle and low-impact way to enjoy the benefits of yoga. Chair yoga is offered every other Saturday at 7 pm EST.
Suggested offering: $15 per month or $6 drop-in.
Classes are held in the studio by appointment only. These classes are designed for individuals or small groups.
One-on-one yoga classes offer a personalized experience created for your needs and unique to your body, We always begin by discussing your goals and intentions. This is a safe, supportive space to learn more about yoga, mediation, and reconnect with yourself.
Somatic yoga is a gentle, mindfulness practice that focuses on how the body feels. It's less about the poses and more about listening to the body. We move in ways that feel intuitive and relaxing.
This special experience is restorative and relaxing. We use props to promote stillness, relaxation, and energetic balance.
