Hi, I’m Ali! I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (License# MA85636) with 9 years of experience. My focus is deep tissue work, and I love integrating aromatherapy. Through my own journey with anxiety and pain, I discovered how powerful touch and scent can be in calming the nervous system.

I was born and raised here in Altamonte Springs, and my passion is creating a space where everyday, hardworking people, like myself and my loved ones, can find relief and be cared for without breaking the bank.

Being close to my grandparents growing up allowed me to witness the challenges of pain and its effects on both body and mind. I've always known I wanted to help others. As a teenager, I volunteered in nursing homes and began studying Reiki and energetic work. I later graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health in 2016, where my training included acupressure, sports massage, and craniosacral therapy. Over the years, I’ve worked in nearly every massage setting, from luxury resorts to in-home sessions.
